Returning a lot is only possible if it falls under the right of withdrawal. This means that you may register your product for return within 14 days. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price. You can check whether the right of withdrawal applies to your lot under 'auction information' in the lot itself.

For a home delivery auction:
1. Log in to our website.

2. Click on your name at the top right.

3. In the menu that pops open, click on "My Deliveries".

4. Then, for the lot you want to return, click "Return Lot".

5. Follow the further instructions.

Want to revoke a lot because it's been in transit too long? At this time, delivery companies are very busy. If the lot has already been registered for shipment, it is not possible to stop the process. We ask you to wait until you receive the lot and then register a return if necessary. You have 14 days from the day you receive the lot to make register a return with us.

For a pickup auction:
