First check the original description of the lot you won. In case the deftect is not described, we will look for a solution for you.
In a pickup auction we always ask you to check your lot. Were you unable to check the lot on site? Then we will look for a solution.
What to do:
Make sure you have the lot number, your account information and the pictures of the defect at hand and submit these via the chat button below right where we will help you further.
Right of withdrawal:
If the lot is as described, but you still want to return it? Then that is possible in some cases.
Some of the lots we sell have a right of withdrawal. This means that you can register your product for return within 14 days. Once we have received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After inspection of the lot, you will receive a refund of the purchase price within 14 days.
You can check whether there is a revocation on your lot under the heading "auction information".
Withdrawal at a home delivery auction:
Log in to our website;
Click on your name at the top right;
Click on "My deliveries" in the menu that opens;
Then, for the lot you want to return, click "Return Lot";
Follow the further instructions.
Withdrawal in a pick-up auction:
Did you buy the lot in a pick-up auction? Then the return process works differently. For pick-up auctions only, follow these steps:
Pack the entire lot, including accessories and accompanying papers, securely.
Send the lot within 14 calendar days after the collection day to:
Return Goods Department

Or bring the lot back to the above address yourself. This can be done from
Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 16:00. Make sure the number
"Withdrawal [LOTNUMBER]" is clearly visible on the outside of the package, even if you bring the lot back yourself. This way, the return shipment can be processed properly and quickly by the returns department.
PLEASE NOTE: If there is no lot number on the package, we will not be able to process the refund for you.
Once we have received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After inspection of the lot, you will receive a refund of the purchase price within 14 days.
Returns are only possible if you have a private account and BVA Auctions can see that it is not a business purchase.
