The Dutch tax authorities require us to fill out a transport statement when there is an Intercommunity delivery. This states that the goods will leave the country of auction, which are picked up by you.
This transport statement is included as an appendix to the VAT-free invoice you received from us and must be signed by you and returned to us.
A signed transport statement is the requirement for a VAT-free invoice and without a signed transport statement VAT remains due.
The signed transport statement can be returned to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
This only applies to buyers with a business account with a valid VAT number.
