If it is stated in the auction conditions or on the website that a private bid is possible, then you must use the bid form on the website to send a private bid and send it to the auction notary or broker accompanying the auction. If a private bid is accepted, this can lead to the drafting of a purchase agreement (with the possible permission of the examining magistrate) and the suspension or cancellation of the auction.

You can find the private bidding form on the auction information page of the relevant object under the title "Private offer".
