You will only receive a VAT-free invoice if you are entitled to it. For this to work properly your VAT number must be entered correctly, this you do in the contact details in your account. So check this carefully!

Because of Dutch tax law we can only send a VAT-free invoice if the lots from the delivery auction are delivered in one of the delivery countries mentioned per auction.

Did you have a product delivered in a country that is not mentioned?

Then we cannot provide you with a VAT-free invoice. In that case we would like to refer you to the tax authorities in the country where you had the goods delivered.
