The delivery method for each lot is listed in the lot description. We use two delivery methods, which are described below:

Parcel service:

After processing of the payment, lots are delivered to you within 7 days. Processing of the payment takes 1-2 working days. After payment the delivery slot is paid by the vendor. The delivery address is obtained from your BVA account; it is possible to change the address once for each invoice. Click here for more information with regard to changing your address. This can be done via the service page.

Delivery by appointment:

Paving materials

With regard to delivery auctions for paving materials, the delivery must take place within 3 weeks of the close of the auction. The delivery address must also be easily accessible for a trailer. After payment has been completed, the seller will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Heavier lots

Heavier lots, such as furniture, will be delivered by appointment. Once payment has been credited to the account of BVA Auctions (processing time 1-2 days), you will be contacted as soon as possible to make a delivery appointment. You will receive email confirmation of this. Delivery of a lot by appointment will take place no later than 10 working days after making the appointment.
