If there is a right to withdraw from the lot in question, you are a private person and you wish to withdraw, you must return the lot yourself. This works as follows:

Step 1 - Notify return If you are logged in on our website, click on your name (top right). In the menu that opens, click on "My deliveries". Here you can click on "Return lot" behind the lot you want to return. Then follow the instructions as shown there. This is not possible via our App, mobile phone or tablet. Then follow the indicated steps. Unfortunately, this function is not yet effective for the lots from the pickup auctions. Please contact customer service.

Step 2
- Returning (read " Notify return)" first. After reporting the return, you must complete the following steps: - Pack the lot well, preferably in the original shipping box, if applicable. The product packaging belongs to the product and must be intact. Make sure that the parcel is returned complete (including any accessories and original papers).
- Stick the printed return form on the lot so that it is clearly legible.
- If you are returning the lot via a parcel service, always ask for a tracking code or shipping confirmation. The costs are for your own account. Keep the shipping confirmation carefully until you have received an e-mail confirmation of your return from BVA Auctions.
- After BVA Auctions has received and checked the return, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail also contains information about the refund.
- If you return the lot yourself, you can do this on Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:00. Please note! If you are returning several lots in one parcel, make sure that this is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel so that your return can be processed by the returns department.
