Are you a private customer and does the right of withdrawal apply to the lot? Then you can register the lot return. Please follow the steps:

Step 1 - Report return

Log in to the website and click on your name at the top right. Click on "My deliveries" in the menu that opens. Click on "Return parcel" next to the parcel you want to return. Follow the instructions.

*You cannot register a return via the app, cell phone or tablet.

*If you bought the lot in a pick-up auction, returning the lot works differently. Please send a chat message to customer service.

Step 2 - Return

Have you registered the lot for return? Then follow these steps:

- Pack the lot well, preferably in the original shipping box. The packaging should be
part of the product and should still be in good condition. Make sure you ship the lot
completely and do not forget any accessories or papers!

- Attach the return form to the lot and make sure you can read all the information.

- Are you sending the lot via a parcel service? Ask for a track & trace code or shipping
confirmation. Keep this until you receive a confirmation of the return from BVA
Auctions. You have to pay the costs of returning the lot yourself.

- When BVA Auctions has received and checked the return, they will send you a
confirmation e-mail. This also contains more information about the refund.

Do you want to return the lot yourself? You can do this from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:00.

Note: Are you sending multiple lots in one package? Then clearly indicate this on the outside of the package and include all the return forms in the package. The returns department can then process your parcel immediately.
