If you return the product within the cooling-off period, you will be refunded the purchase price. You must then register your product as a return within 14 days via your account. If you bought the lot in a home delivery auction, follow these steps:
1. Log in to our website.
2. Click on your name at the top right.
3. In the menu that pops open, click on "My Deliveries".
4. Next, for the lot you want to return, click "Return Lot".
5. Follow the instructions.
*If you have bought the lot in a pickup auction, returning the lot works differently and you will have to contact customer service.
Send the product back within 14 days or deliver it to us. Returns are only possible if you have a private account and BVA Auctions can see that it is not a business purchase. Please note: you have to pay the costs for returning the product yourself.
When we have received the product, we will assess it and process it. Follow the status of your package in MyBVA to see:
- When your package was received.
- When the return has been processed.
If the return is approved, we will refund you as soon as possible! It may take a few days for it to reach your bank account, so you'll need to be patient.
