You have not received a confirmation email confirming your registration.
After you have created an account you will receive a confirmation email with which you need to confirm your registration before you can log in. It may happen that you do not receive the email in your incoming mailbox but it ends up in your spambox, in which case we advise you to check this. If you have not received a confirmation email please contact us.

Your account is blocked.
Please contact BVA Auctions. It is in that case not possible to log in, because your account is blocked by one of our employees. A reason for this may be that you have not paid your invoice (on tjid). Please contact our customer service to find out what the reason is.
